HOW TO ORDER

When you want to buy an item of your choice, simply just click on Buy Now, Add to Cart or Add Selected item to Cart buttons. Whenever you click those buttons, it will automatically bring you to your shopping cart, and show you the items that you have added.

Step 1: Update Your Shopping Bag

If you wish to keep shopping for more products, click on any category or product button and if you have finished browsing and want to purchase the products click on Checkout.

Step 2: Fill in Billing and Shipping Information

If you are not a registered member, you will need to fill out all the personal details, shipping details. if you are a registered member, the form will be automatically filled for you. You may wish to change any shipping if they are different. Once you have finished looking or filling out all the details, click on Submit button.

Step 3: Confirm Payment

After you click the submit button, the reference of your order will be sent directly to the email address you provided, please refer to it as reference. Once you clear the payment, please make the payment confirmation via our website.

WARRANTY TERMS

  • We offer you 3 months of warranty, from the purchase date on our products. You will receive an invoice shipped with your package.
  • All repairs and replacements to clients, who buy equipment from us, are done by GLAVATECH.
  • If you decide to send us goods to recheck, we must have all hardwares and instructions that came with it.
  • All shipping charges, to deliver goods to our company are fully paid by shipper - we will not refund shipping costs at any case. After goods are repaired, we will ship it out to you by airmail express prior to our cost.
  • Before you buy any items, please ensure that you have verified compatibility with your system by visiting the manufacturer's web site. We will not take any responsibility and will not accept returns for items purchased that are not compatible with your system configuration.
  • Returning of products, other than without defect, are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs on all merchandise returned to us for exchange or warranty repairs. Please allow up to 5 (five) business days for our technician team to check out your returned items.
  • All defective items being returned must be packed as if they were new and working. Failure to do so may invalidate the warranty. We are not responsible for goods that are damaged during shipment or misused/abused by the customer/carrier.
  • If the returned product is found NOT DEFECTIVE we will return the original working part to you at your expense for the return shipping costs and you will be responsible for a testing fee of $25.
  • If warranty seal or sticker is broken or has been tampered with the product will no longer have any warranty, and we will no longer be liable for the repair or replacement of your product.
  • We will only be held responsible for warranty boxes which are purchased directly from our website with an order number. If you have purchased from reseller who has purchased from us, then contact your reseller to solve problem. Do not contact us since your reseller is the one responsible for your box, not us.

ORDER CANCELLATION

  • Unless otherwise specified for particular products, until time of shipment, no charge will be applied to you for canceling an order.
  • After payment, if you want to cancel your order, all money needed to refund transfer money to you will be taken from the amount sent.
  • However, we will deduct 15% from your total amount for administration fee and transaction fee when you cancel the order.
  • Cancellation of order after shipping from our company is not possible - we will not return you money even if you return us goods purchased.

CUSTOMS RIGHTS

  • The customer who purchases the products is responsible for paying these customs rights, and of the possible paperwork involved.
  • The price of the products sold is in USD and it doesn't include taxes (VAT).
  • Customers are required to keep close track on their packages. If there is any delay in receiving a package, you will need to contact the designated courier services agency or immediately inform GLAVATECH in order to ascertain the reason for the delay.
  • We will not be responsible or liable if the package is shipped back to us, damaged or confiscated due to problems with custom clearance. Therefore, please check with your country's custom for their specific custom laws.
  • We will not be responsible or liable for damaged packages or those shipped back to us in the event that the designated courier service fail after several attempts to deliver your package(s) due to your absence to collect the package(s) from the given destination address.
  • The responsibility of the seller stops when the product has been shipped off to the address specified by the customer.
  • It is clear however, that we will do our best to help you in getting your product out of customs if additional proof of sale or of value is needed.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

Scenario 1:
All the items were in stock when your order was confirmed, but after your payment was confirmed, one of the items in your order went out of stock
In this case we will ship all the in-stock items that you have ordered first, and products which are out of stock, we will ship it to you immediately once the next shipment of stock arrives.

Scenario 2:
The item was already out of stock, when you made the order
In this case we will ship all items in the order, only when the new stock arrives However, in some situations we might ship the items that are available, first.
